Prevent netCut, Tested 100% Working

This software is called a monster port,,, monsters can block IP ports that are disturbing to us as the IP of people who want to "cutting" and also we can know the IP who want to cut us, ... so even though many want cutting netCut us, we still can play cool and casual surfing ...
Also in this program there are also several Network Tools, which can be useful for any time we use. Such as checking DNS Data, IP Whois, Traceroute through a single IP address a local network or LAN.

before  install it ... then right click to properties compatibility tab, check run this program XP SP3

Step :

1. Download the software from here FIRST (

2. Run monster port, a window will appear as below, click Next

This window appears and then click Next again

3. before click Next, click Add first. (Note: if the error on click Add, Advanced Only Next) 

4. Click Next again 

5. Click Finish, and run the program

6. click Start is marked by a blue square and wait until the process is complete, and the program is ready for use
